Aurora R12, SA doesn't show available software updates
I recently purchased an Aurora R12 and had some issue with SA (SupportAssist) specifically in software updates.
When I downloaded the updates it had download failed status whenever it was trying to install.
I downloaded SA as recommended by KB but after that, it doesn't show the newest available update for my machine using SA.
is there a way to fix this?

I found that support assist is usually behind a bit compared to the official drivers page.
Most of the time I use the official drivers download site rather than support assist: Dell Drivers
