The business client doesn't have any user interface. You may want to use Dell Command Update to keep your system up with the latest drivers. BTW, how do you manage to see your laptop registered in TechDirect Portal? Where can you see it? I'm also working with the deployment.
I have heard that dell command update may be discontinued so that's why I started looking at SupportAssist in the first place. We use the command line option in our deployments with SCCM/MDT, the newest option is a store app and doesn't have any command line which is a shame...
