Cannot reinstall Support Assist

I uninstall support assist because it was not working, after that I cannot install it again, a windows message says Installation failed.

I looked for a solution but there are many and some say that delete some folders, others don,t, others regedit. But I don not see an official Dell post that it is actual to fix the problem.

Please Dell, I see this is a general failure of your software (too old but you have not fix it, it seems to have more than 3 years and it is an actual problem), and I do not see an updated solution to fix it.
