Dell SupportAssist not responding

I have a Dell Inspiron 5570.

Earlier today, i ran SupportAssist to optimize my laptop and then after an hour I opened it again then suddenly it's stuck at loading until it says "not responding"

Help please.

I'm running ver. 2.2.3.2, and still having the same issue: starts "loading PC optimization tools", but then ends.  Help?

I have checked the file and mine is appropriately named as you have suggested but my Dell support assist is still not responding. What can I do?

This should no longer be an issue, if you search for SupportAssist via search you should be able to pin to start menu?

What do I need to do to find the program on my computer to  eliminate the word "small" from it.  My version of Support Assist is 3.10

What if the file is already named that way? I have ver3.1 on my insp 14 3645 and supportassist used to work before the update. Thanks in advance

My computer has the same issue and it has the latest version.

The latest software version is the problem. tried the renaming solution but it did not work for me.

Any under solutions to this problem?

Would appreciate the help
