Dell Supportassist File Restore Crashing

Just did a factory reset on my Inspiron 15 7000 and now im trying to get my files that i backed up.
Using dells support assist file restore everytime I try Selecting archive and select the archive.zip file, 
dells file restore program crashes and never responds. 

How do i get my files back without using Dells horrible software?
