Fingerprint Scanner Not Found by System

Question

Hello, Recently, I sent my Dell XPS 15 7950 laptop in to have a hardware issue resolved. After receiving the laptop back, the system can no longer find a Fingerprint Scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint. Furthermore, I tried downloading the Goodix Fingerprint Sensor driver manually. After running the downloader it states Goodix Fingerprint Device not found. Before sending my computer in for the hardware fix, I was able to log in using my fingerprint sensor. Please assist in helping me return the ability to log into my laptop using the built in fingerprint sensor.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup service which resolved the issue.
