Issues silently installing SupportAssist

Question

Hi!I've been asked to install Dell  SupportAssist on serveral Alienware computers. I wanted to automatically deploy the software on them using Microfocus ZENworks. However, when attempting a silent install using /S and admin right I get an error message  saying that the machine is neither Dell nor Alienware and is not supported. Is there an official way to silent deploy the software on multiple machines.
