Latitude e5470, add SA to F12 boot menu?

 My laptop is a Dell Latitude e5470. Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery not available from boot menu/ Reset failed at Creating local Support Assist Recovery. In the F12 boot menu, I don't have the option to  select Dell Support Assist OS Recovery. When I created and used an Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery using Dell OS recovery Tool, the reset failed, I guess that is after they did almost everything, except the final steps "Creating local Support Assist Recovery", because my Laptop booted successfully.

 Could you guys show me a way add Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery to the f12 option so I don't have to use an USB every time I need to use it ?

 and also, I got a partition with no letters described as WinRE Tools sized 990MBs and used about 750MBs - is this the Dell Support Assist OS Recovery Partition? (this partition description is now gone, I don't know why ).
