I did not!  I posted on here, had a Dell person contact me via private message here, they asked me to send them screenshots...I spoke with 2 or 3 different techs and they flaked out.  It’s embarrassing that Dell has this product and no support other than these useless boards. Any other company would have you put a ticket in and they would get to the bottom of it.  I’m even willing to pay for support and NOTHING.  I just want to TALK to a human being or at least converse via e-mail or a screen share session.  Messages back and forth on this platform with days in between is just counterproductive. 

I actually talked to a Dell person on the phone to try to get help...he asked me for a service tag, I tried explaining to him that my question wasn’t related to a specific computer, but the console itself....he kept asking me for a service tag, I kept explaining myself, and yup, HE HUNG UP ON ME. 

If you’re an SMB, abandon this.  You’re wasting your time with this crappy product.

Considering Dell’s attention to this, I’m guessing they are transitioning AWAY from it...so maybe something better is on the horizon?

Still nothing better. Still have garbage for instructions. But at least now they provide a quick deployment option through manage.dell.com, that also doesn't work!
