Thank you I thought it was not normal... But as I have found lots of things that seem not normal I wanted to ask.

I removed all Alienware and Dell software installed on system, rebooted and reinstalled all the software. then setup SupportAssit profile and it all working.

Your welcome. The software can sometimes be finicky, but an uninstall/reinstall usually works.
