Support Assist Errors and Driver detection not available

Question

When using the built in Support Assist on my R11 I get the following: Drives& Downloads Scan (Manual) - No updates available - Error - No updates available When using Dells Driver& Download Web site, I get the following error when it uses Support Assist: Driver detection not available Please try again later or use the link below to find drivers by Service Tag or see a list of drivers available for your product.   So my question is is this normal that if no updates are available it gives an error?

Thank you I thought it was not normal... But as I have found lots of things that seem not normal I wanted to ask.

I removed all Alienware and Dell software installed on system, rebooted and reinstalled all the software. then setup SupportAssit profile and it all working.

Your welcome. The software can sometimes be finicky, but an uninstall/reinstall usually works.
