Support Assist at PC startup BUG
Hello,
Well, yesterday installing the last OS recovery tools from support assist.
Right after, at every startup, the system complain with :
Hard Drive 2 S/N xxxxxxxxxx short self test unsuccessfull which is the OS drive.
When system up, making analysis with Windows 10 Disk tool or Dellsupport assist Tool don't show any trouble at all for this disk, my system is working perfectly.
I think this is this last release of tool which falsely detect an issue. And of course, the boot sequence is boring me as i need now, at every startup, push the continue button to have my PC starting.
So, how to deinstall this feature in the bios, I don't want anymore to have these tests performed before my OS startup, My PC has 4 years old, and I don't care anymore about dell support.
Deinstalling support assist at windows level don't fill my need, it still continue to boring with this pre-startup check.
Thank for your support.

It's what I have since this last OS recovery tool update.
In the BIOS, I go into Advanced / Support Assist System Resolution
I put Auto OS Recovery Threshold to OFF
I put SupportAssist OS Recovery to Disabled
And in place of Continue button, I have Shutdown button and system shutdown ......
Well, I reset the value of the two parameters to have again this screen with the Continue button.
My system is working fine and I don't believe a single second that in the same time I install a new release of OS recovery tool, the hard disk stop to work properly.
Of course, I unseat/reseat the disk, and it change anything.
