Support Assist

HELP...!!

I have an Inspiron 15 7000 Core i5 2in1 which is about 18 months old . When I run Support Assist it downloads about 450Mb of various drivers, bios updates etc., that need installing. When the download has finished I click on install and they all instantly go to 'Fail'

Anyone else had this problem or more pertinent anyone got an answer...???
