SupportAssist Drivers and Downloads Disabled.

Question

Hi, We've been installing Support Assist as a standalone for a while and I've just discovered using Tech Direct to deploy it instead.  But, I do have a few questions:  1)  It looks to me like I have configured everything correctly but, when running a scan, I see that Get Drivers & Downloads is greyed out and the button says disabled.  Is there a way to enable that or if not, what is the reason for disabling it? 2) When I go to the Tech Direct Portal, I see where I can scan the drivers but, It says, Queued To run when system connects and is ready.  What does that mean?  I am testing on my own computer and it is connected to the internet.  Is there something else I need to do? 3)  In general, do you all like this method of deploying and Administering pcs?       Thank you!
