SupportAssist Frozen

Hi, SupportAssist Scan feature keeps popping up on my computer every few hours. Clicking anything in the window doesn't do anything, and neither does waiting for the 30 second automatic timer to begin. The only way to close it is by closing via my taskbar or task manager. I tried to initiate the scan manually by opening up SupportAssist from the start menu, but it gets stuck on "loading PC optimization tools". Help would be appreciated.
