My only issue is that mine actually went and installed the old drivers on me, and now that it did, the Killer Application does not work at all.

When going to the Intel website, it gives you drivers for an MSI, because at the end of the application file title is .msi
My machine now has internal errors due to the updated drivers available not being Alienware, and then on top of that, it forced the latest version to the MSI software, and would not work at all.

I uninstalled all of the application and drivers and went clean slate. Now it still does not work, and the bits and pieces of .msi coding is still in the machine registry.

I purchased an Alienware product, i expect to have that software from dell, intel, & Nvidia, and windows to be the only things in there. I am just up a creek without a paddle as there is no answers or resolution to my issue. I just wanted my software to continue working, not have some remote worker from support assist limit my options all willy nilly and force failures on my machine. I expected better for the premium name brand purchase.
