SupportAssist OS Recovery v5.4.3.15135 Not Creating System Repair Points

My SupportAssist OS Recovery v5.4.3.15135 (a.k.a. SupportAssist Remediation / System Repair) has not created a system repair point (snapshot) in hidden folder C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\ since it was installed on 29-Jul-2021.

My SupportAssist was updated to v3.10.1.23 on 29-Jul-2021, and when I tried to view the Home tab I discovered that SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools were being updated to v5.4.3.15135 without my permission (note that I have all automatic update and optimization scans DISABLED in SupportAssist at Options (gear icon) Settings | Automate Scans and Optimizations | Scan Your System and Drivers). This forced installation of SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.4.3.15135 did not install any of the other available Dell software updates for my Inspiron 5584, so the update process was different from what I typically see when I run a manual "Get Drivers & Downloads" scan from the Home tab.

The update to v5.4.3.15135 has not fixed the old issue where my Event Viewer and Win 10 Reliability Monitor are flooded with "Successful Application Reconfiguration" events approx. 30 min after boot-up (see my 30-Jul-2021 post in DELLKaren's "Successful Application Reconfiguration" and SupportAssist), and it now appears that SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.4.3.15135 is not creating system repair points (snapshots) in my hidden folder C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\. It has bee 5 days since the update and TreeSize Free shows this folder is only using ~ 130 KB of disk space.

I have confirmed that System Repair is now ENABLED in both the SupportAssist settings [(gear icon) | Settings | System Repair | System Repair is Turned On] and in the SupportAssist OS Recovery control panel / setting manager (Control Panel | System and Security | SupportAssist OS Recovery | Settings | System Repair).  The Dell SupportAssist Remediation service (Start | Windows Administrative Tools | Services | Dell SupportAssist Remediation) has a Startup Type of AUTOMATIC (DELAYED START) and is running.  Before the forced update to SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.4.3.15135 on 29-Jul-2021 all these settings were disabled.

Does anyone know if there are release notes posted somewhere on the Dell site for SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.4.3.15135? Right now I have no way of knowing if my System Repair was corrupted during the update, if system restore points are now only created on an "as needed" basis (e.g., after a Feature or Quality update by Windows Update, when third-party software is installed or updated, etc.) or if SupportAssist OS Recovery Tools v5.4.3.15135 is now storing system repair points in a location other than C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\SystemRepair\.
