SupportAssist Recovery Cloud Download

Hi, I have been looking into the Cloud Download from SupportAssist Recovery and would like to know. Does Dell ever plan on making it Download the latest version of Windows 10 instead of the version that the machine came with stock? I have a Dell Inspiron 5579 I7 that came on Windows 10 FCU and a friend bought the same model just with an I5 and his came with Windows 10 RS5. His cloud recovery downloads and install RS5 while mine most likely will download FCU. Does Dell plan to update the versions of Windows 10 it downloads to be the latest or will it forever download the version that came stock on the machine?
