Inspiron 3670. I have a call scheduled Wednesday with support to help me reinstall the OS but I was supposed to have the back up done by then. The instructions she gave me and the instructions on line are not tracking to what they told me. When I select the the OS support assist to move to the back up options, it starts spinning and then goes to pre-boot diagnostics. then I can only choose not to do memory and it restarts again. I do not get the menu i was expected to get. I am away from the computer for a couple days so I'll just get the support person to figure it out.
