SupportAssist Won't Upgrade

Ok so my SupportAssist application will let me run everything except a virus and malware scan, and that button just says "Learn More." When I click that, it takes me to another page that says "Unlock the most complete service with Premium Support Plus" and it has a button that says "Upgrade Now." When I click that, it launches a browser window that shows me options for purchasing Premium Support Plus.

 

But I already purchased Premium Support Plus when I ordered the PC, so it should have come with it already. I also received an email showing my Premium Support Plus is active. So shouldn't I be able to run a virus and malware scan in SupportAssist? I don't understand why it doesn't seem to recognize that I have Premium Support Plus.

 

I appreciate any assistance.
