SupportAssist cannot install on Latitude

Can't install this, it was fine before, but after I did a clean reinstall of Win10, nothing!

People say to uninstall it, but there is nothing to uninstall

Tried the other downloads suggested here, nothing.

Every single time get the same message 'We encountered an unexpected error'.
