SupportAssist screen garbled
SupportAssist just started and asked me to do some checks but when it opened the window looked like this. I have installed, thoroughly deleted and reinstalled many times but it's always the same. It used to work. I'd be glad of any help, please.
Dell XPS 13 9360 running Windows 1909.

Can anyone actually see the screenshot I posted? Twenty-four hours later all I can see is an icon showing that an image used to be there. If I'm doing something wrong please enlighten me.
