Dell fobbed me off cus i didnt buy direct from them, but it workd via command prompt.
Open a Command Prompt (right click windows icon >> click run >> type CMD), and type:
now type
1) cd C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin
2) SupportAssistUI.exe Launch

I have same CSS issue. I tried reinstalling, but still same. Is there any solution to fix it?

Thank you for the idea of running SupportAssist from cmd. I confirmed, it works!
