Updates via SupportAssist get stuck and cannot be cancelled

Hello,

I tried to install recommended updates such as Dell Update Application for UWP 3.1.1. The other updates finished, but it got stuck at this one (UWP-Application above) for something about 3 hours now. So I tried to cancel it and it seems that SupportAssist isn't even able to handle the cancel process (also stuck trying to cancel EVERY update). Now I'm not sure what I could do now. I don't even know whether I can close SupportAssist now or shutdown my computer and this is very frustrating. 

 

Just a suggestion for SupportAssist's improvement: More Usability would be quite great. It's not even possible to see whether it got stuck or not. I got told in university that it's frustrating for users if they cannot see any progression on a given task. I can totally relate to that today. In my opinion 3 glowing dots behind "Installing" or "Cancel" only show that the Application isn't totally freezed, but it's not enough.
