Dell EMC Upload Server Test Fails

SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to verify the connection status because of an internal error.
If the problem persists, contact Dell technical support for assistance.

Version: 1.2.1.20

Upload server certificate is trusted.

TCP80/443 allowed/not blocked...

any ideas please?

OP, i had the same issue. Traced it back to an untrusted cert. Here is a KB I found that resolved the issue.

ty this solved my issue..thought it was enough to trust upload site cert..but needed to add all the certs in your linked article.
