Dell Support Assistant keeps prompting me to optimize

Question

Dell Support Assistant continually prompts me to run the optimization features, even when I've already run all of them within the last 24 hours.As you can see in the photo below, when I open up Dell Support Assistant there's a banner that says: 'Your PC has not been optimized within the last 38 days....'  This is factually incorrect. Just below the banner, Dell Support Assistant contradicts itself and clearly indicates that I've run each of the optimization features within the last week.  That's accurate. (I should also note that under 'Get Downloads and Drivers' it usually incorrectly says I've *never* run that feature.  I was surprised when I went to take this screenshot that it accurately reports that I ran it today.)How can I get Dell Support Assistant to recognize that it's already run all the optimization features and stop prompting me to run it again?   How can I get it to stop pretending it's been 38 days?

Uninstall Support Assist.  Just remember to check for updates manually.

Hi there.  I too have the same problem.    Uninstalling is not a solution.

Just select the Never Remind Me option. Or just ignore it. It might be an older version of the Assistant. Most of us uninstall it. It can be downloaded and reinstalled at any time. Also--It is automatically reinstalled when you select Scan my computer for driver updates at the Dell Support site. SSD drives should never be optimized and Windows 10 takes care of optimization of sata hard drives automatically.
