Just select the Never Remind Me option. Or just ignore it. It might be an older version of the Assistant. Most of us uninstall it. It can be downloaded and reinstalled at any time. Also--It is automatically reinstalled when you select Scan my computer for driver updates at the Dell Support site. SSD drives should never be optimized and Windows 10 takes care of optimization of sata hard drives automatically.

Uninstall Support Assist. Just remember to check for updates manually.

I too have the same problem.
Uninstalling is not a solution.
