Re: SA, Tune Performance stops at 90%
I have a Dell G3 3579 and my tune performance is getting stuck at 90 %, this is the 3rd time i have tried running it now with it getting stuck at the same point every time.

Memory: 16 GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz[Cores 6] [Logical/Core 2]

Thank you for your message. How long have you been having this issue? Did this start after any recent hardware changes?
Do you see any option to continue or exit? Is it only the Support Assist application freezing or the entire system?
Do you have to end the program or restart the system to continue working?
Please run a hardware diagnostics by following the video on this link & check if there is an error.
Use any 3rd party uninstaller application to remove Dell Support Assist, Dell Updates, SupportAssist Agent PCDr, PCDoctor, MY Dell Support Center, Dell Data vault (if any application not found you can move to the next one) & restart the system.
Complete all Windows update & install Support Assist from this link & check the functionality.

Hi sorry been busy, yes i am still having the problem of tune performance stopping at 90% and no i have not made any hardware changes infact i have made no changes of any sort to the laptop at all. I will go ahead and uninstall support assistant and re-install it and see if that helps.

Please try this & let us know the outcome. Do not uninstall this from the installed programs directly as this will leave a trace of the application & may have more issues when reinstalling.
