SA, scanning system registry stuck
When I use the tune performance in SupportAssist, scanning system registry stuck at 84% and the progress bar keeps changing its colour blue to green and green to blue. Can someone help me with this problem?

mine is doing it as well even after i had to send it back to be repaired once already :Sad:

Same here (84%) just got it back from Dell today. Smh

After several months, SupportAssist finally decides it's able to run, but it gets to "Tune Performance" (72%, allegedly scanning system registry) and seemingly hangs, progressing no further. "Tune Performance" began about 25 minutes into scans after completion of "Drivers & Downloads," "Scan Hardware" and "Clean Files."
I finally closed SupportAssist at the 01:24:13 mark and still stuck at 72% - nearly an HOUR after scans begain - in order to shut the PC down.
