Hi cat0W, Can you check your OS details by running "WINVER" command on command prompt. We have one open bug with Windows 10 Build 1803 where SupportAssist is not getting install due to some windows drivers. We are working already working with Windows team on this issue but there is no ETA for fix till now hopefully it will get addressed by Nov / Dec 2018 release cycle. Hi, Exactly the same problem with me - New update of Windows 10, SupportAssist failed to work so I uninstalled then reinstalled, but getting the same message re 'internet connectivity'
Mine disappeared from my Dell Laptop this afternoon while I was using it. No update was made to Windows 10. I tried to reinstall Support Assist but I am getting the same message on it. It has Windows 10 Home, Version 1803.
