Support Assist not opening.
SupportAssist for PCs Version 3.0.1.62 ran into an unexpected issue starting support assist. That is the message I keep getting when I try to open the bloody program. I just got an Alienware 17 R4. What should I do? Should I uninstall it and reinstall it? Should I keep restarting until it works? I tried restarting already, and I tried running as administrator. No luck.

If you are running Windows 7 or 10 you can try this fix.
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/using-microsoft-fixit
It's a microsoft program for fixing install & uninstall problems It worked for me. Run program and click on Support Assist.
