Support Assist stuck with log error

Dear all,
I hope this finds you well,

I have an Alienware 15 R2 ...
4 months ago, support assist had issues of not running properly,
I followed the youtube video of how to do reinstall support assist but it failed many times...

I was busy with my college studies so I didn't do anything about it then,
Today I have decided to look into it again as I hit the install after making sure everything is deleted (file & registry)...

While the installer is running, I open task manager to locate the application and find the logs (SupportAssistAgent.log) which always ends with the error:
ERROR Dell.Services.SupportAssist.SupportAssistAgent.BootStrapperMinimized - Unable to move config files, System.IO.IOException: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.File.InternalMove(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean checkHost)

at Dell.Services.SupportAssist.SupportAssistAgent.BootStrapperMinimized.c26fdce29566cca4a6fbdd8198e92c346()
INFO Dell.Services.SupportAssist.SupportAssistAgent.BootStrapperMinimized - BootStrapper : Thread Activities Initialization Completed

Where is the file that exists and causing the installation to hang...?
When I say hang, I mean I left the installer 24 hours active and it remained the same with the same log timestamped since the last error and info logged,
I have tried SupportAssistInstaller.exe and aulauncher.exe

Please help me resolve this issue...
I'd be more than happy to provide logs or any file that would assist in providing a solution for me and others...
Thank you in advance...

First make sure that windows is up to date with the latest updates. There is a new update for SA (version 3.3.3). So uninstall your current version and run CCleaner to fix registry errors and temp files. Restart your pc and download SA installer from here: https://downloads.dell.com/serviceability/catalog/SupportAssistInstaller.exe Run it as administrator and let it do is thing.
