Unable to see any historical or diagnostic data from Unisphere Performance tab
We have SPA installed in the environment, until yesterday we were able to see the real time and historical data but all of the sudden we were not able to see any data even the old data is not visible.. did some one faced similar issue on unisphere in the past.. is this a problem related to some services in windows ??

Hi, you would want to open a service ticket if the data is crucial and would not want to loose it as time pases. Otherwise you can let know if any changes were made that could have caused the issue (something like an upgrade of Solutions Enabler or Unisphere for VMAX) or something else on the host. Also, what are the versions of Solutions Enabler and Unisphere for VMAX?

Unisphere version is V1.5.0.6 and solution enabler version is 7.5, But again we have not done any changes like upgrade or reinstallation..

Do you have enough RAM (must be above 8 GB) and free disk space (80 GB) to run SPA? If yes, restart of the host should fix the issue.

If its a new install, you would want to check if SPA part of Unisphere for VMAX is not pointing to a wrong IP. If so, checking emc274170 or emc257512 would be a good option. If not, we would have to check the logs and determine the issue.
Also, as NY mentioned, you could try bouncing the daemons if we are sure that GK considerations are met.
