Dears,

In case of clariion, if either of SP fails, LUN tresspass would happen, thus all the paths will be active.  But, in case of DMX, if a front end port fails, would failover happen at multipath for related paths ?  OR the related paths will be dead until the fix and all i/o on the other active paths?

for an instance,

HBA 1 ---> FA 8A 0

HBA 2 ---> FA 9A 0   

LUN 001 is mapped to FA 8A 0 and 9A 0 and masked to both HBAs.  In case of 9A 0 fails, there will be a path fail over like both path access the LUN thru 8A 0
