Dell UPS Network Card update
We have two Dell UPS 4200W, each with a EBM 192V.
I can't access our UPS network interface because it's old SSL certificate. I assume the network card needs an update. If I update the UPS through its USB connection using UPS Upgrade Software, will that also update the card, or do I need to connect directly to the settings port on the card?
If I run an update through the USB port, will there be any downtime, or will all our servers continue receiving power?

The update you are needing is located here. The update would be pushed through the Dell Multi-UPS Management Console, which you can find here. There is also a firmware update available for the UPS itself, which you can download from here. Now with most firmware updates, the system will normally have to restart. So I would suggest scheduling downtime just in case.
