Getting HDD alerts from PERC H700 to OME or anywhere!
Hi, all, I expect this is a simple question to answer - and I have tried searching, I promise! But can't find anything.
IHAC who has had a couple of disk failures on his PERC H700. He wants to know how to set-up the alerting through his iDRAC 6 to OME or just to send an SNMP trap to SolarWinds.
Can anyone help?

Thanks Steve, do you know if there is much difference with the alerting with the iDRAC 6 which my customer has, vs iDRAC 7?

They are similar, but iDRAC7 has some alerts that do not exist in iDRAC6. I do not have a list of the differences.
