Lost access to F2,F10,F11, Control R, Control S, Control C during bootup process in DellT710

I bought this used Dell T710 server for learning purpose. It was working fine initially and I have 6 physical disks in RAID 10 and two disks in RAID 0 each. I have evaluation version of Win2016 which is working fine.

I wanted to change RAID 10 disks to RAID 0. When I trided to go into Control R I couldn't go. Then I tried F2, F10, F11 but nothing seems to work. I don't know how did it happen. It was working fine earlier. Now it does not take any input during bootup and simply goes to Win login screen.

Please please help. Thanks

Nitinbhatt,

Are you seeing any errors at tje Dell Splash screen, or anything listed as Unavailable? We can try clearing the NVram on the server to see if that works. Power down the server and remove the AC cables. Then locate the NVRam Jumper seen below.

Move the jumper over and then apply power to the server to clear the NVRam. Once completed then power down and restore the jumper to its original location.

Let me know what you see.
