Open manage setup
I've used the stand alone open manage product for a while, now I'm trying to setup a monitor server. I'm struggling finding the documentation.
I need to set up 2, one in a secure domain and one in out more public domain.
Could someone point me to some training and documentation?

Thanks for your question. You are probably looking for OpenManage Essentials. Here is a link that has support documentation and the download links for the product, depending on your operating system.

You may also want to look at some of the youtube videos that are available that will assist you as well.

Is this a useful app for a T320 running Windows Server 2012 Essentials as a home server?
I have OMSA, but it sounds as if OME will actually perform driver and firmware updates. Is that true?

it will assist in performing updates. It will notfiy you when they are needing to be updated. OpenManage is installed on the server, OME can installed on your PC or server. It allows for monitoring multiple servers remotely.
