Understanding Broadcom teaming failover message in OME

This is a cross-post from the OME forum. I was asked to do so by one of the Dell responders.

OME sent us some error messages regarding one of our server NIC teams failing over, but I cannot find any information on what the messages mean. Here's an example:

"An adapter failover has occurred. Adapter name: [0012] Broadcom BCM5708C NetXtreme II GigE (NDIS VBD Client) #3. Team name: Team 1. Cause direction: 2. Adapter activity cause: 4"

Does anyone know where I can find the list of possible adapter activity causes so I can troubleshoot this issue?

I've tried the Broadcom user guide but I haven't found what I need.
