Duet Tech,
You can find version 3.5.0 here. You would be able to find these updates on support.dell.com just select the system type, then under Drivers and Downloads tab you would select Systems Mgmt from the Category drop down. You will be able to locate the tool listed there.

Hi Chris/Shine.
No, that's not it. I am unsure why this started off as a new topic, but I was originally replying to this topic in which the OP was asking for the "iDRAC Service Module Embedded Package" rather than the "iDRAC Service Module for Windows" you linked.
Do you know where to find the "iDRAC Service Module Embedded Package"?

Same problem for my R540.
I installed these 2 patches but no changes :
The idrac has even been reset...

When I apply it to my R730s with iDRAC8 Enterprise, I get the error
"Unable to complete the firmware update operation because the specified firmware image is for a component that is not in the target system inventory."
I have tried both
Management_Application_MPG0M_WN64_3.6.0_A00_01.EXE
Management_Application_HXH78_WN64_3.6.0_A00_03.EXE

Hello IT_Welder,
Try installing in the host OS first then come back to the DRAC as shown in this short video:

Initial installation – iDRAC Service Module video : https://dell.to/3vcPpVT
RAC0654: No operation can be performed on the iDRAC Service Module. Make sure that the iDRAC Service Module is installed on the server operating system, and then retry the operation.
