from last few months, everytime I start it, it keeps on asking for this dsc20*.msi file from Dell Support Center (Support Software) disk?
I don't have it...I need to know how can I fix that?

Save yourself the trouble and uninstall Dell Support. It pretty useless anyway. If you want to keep it, uninstall it and download a newer version from Dell Support Downloads. Most of us uninstall it as soon as we get a new computer.
