Probably I would not expect as dell now has to work with new generation venue tablet devices which are not yet updated to lollipop.

thats the joke on this site..
The 2015 7840 has no timeline for when that gets loly..
No wonder why xda communities have ALL dell tables listed under "Legacy & Low Activity Devices".. Im not joking you can check the largest tablet and phone community / forums on XDA developers and look up any Dell tablet..
either dell has to poo or get off the pot..
