Creating a database application for Dell PDA ( AXIM X51, for example)

Hello to everyone ! I want to build an simple database application for PDA. It is possible to create a mobile application for Dell AXIM X51 -  Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PC Premium Edition (Magneto) - using FoxPro 2.5-2.6 for DOS or Windows ? I'm asking because I'm familiar with FoxPro for DOS programming and it's all I need for doing my job. To be more specific, I want to build an application for adding  records in 1-3 databases, and a minor processing in the field on PDA ( a few mathematic  operations). Let's say that I will add 200-5000 records with 5 simple attributes.Cant it be posible and what are the steps, after compiling FoxPro application ? Any other ( simple, please!) suggestions are apreciated. I need no more features required from PDA ( just a long batery life, but that is another problem and is already solved, with a second batery...) Thanks for your attention.!!
