Dell PC Suite for XCD28
I am trying to use Dell PC Suite on my system. While opening the software the following message is flashed "Failed to initialize language supporting system. The software may not be installed normally. Pls re-install the software and try again"
I am unable to re-install it as I could not locate it neither on the phone or at dell site. Where can I download it?

you can download it from kick-ass torrent website. you can search it by "android app".
Then you can find a file of 1380 paid apps. you have to d/l it from there.
