Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 (Win 10 Home x64) crackling sound

Hello,

I need a help with my Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130. Crackling sound is a really strange problem. This happens for a few seconds regularly while I'm going to system settings... but not only. Sometimes, I hear suddenly crackling even when screen is off or when I'm using tablet without sound turned on. Same thing was happening on Win 8.1 so I decided to install Win 10. I get recommended by Dell Technical Support chipset drivers from here but it didn't help. Do you know any solution? 

My tablet is out off guarranty, so I need your help here please.
