Dell Venue Pro

I just found my old Venue Pro. I charged it but it won't turn on. No lights, nothing. I checked the moisture stickers and they are both white. Are they supposed to be white? What can I do with this phone, if anything? Thanks for any responses or suggestions.----J2Seamus
