Dell venue 11 pro wont boot

I have a Dell venue 11 I push the power button get the vibration and see the Dell logo and that's it will not go any further. Tried to get into bios I can see in yellow at the top of the screen that it was selected but will not go any further just the Dell logo . Replaced the cmos battery just in case same results.
