Dell xcd 35 first launch is good but missing few features

I bought a dell xcd35 with android 2.1. its a good pda. 

few things that i want to ask dell forum here
1. when can dell launch 2.2 upgrader for pda, as the same 2.2 android is already launched and available with htc and other devices. if already launched then plz route me to correct infomation.
current build on my xcd is dell_p729DLV1.0.0b4
2. dell must provide an auto update for os.
3. Mail search functionality is something must have? or create a group of users whose mails you want to see.

All these exist in HTC 2.2 android and i have used.
