GSM Voice Call enabling in Dell Streak 7 Tablet.

I have same observation and facing the same problem as somebody has written. I purchased Dell streak7 from US with the impression that being 3g ,it would work in INDIA as a normal calling phone. However i was deeply disappointed with its limitation of not able to call/ receive calls on Indian net work. Can anybody from Dell suggest any solution for our problem? Dr Varma
