How to install arabic language in dell streak 5 froyo 2.2.2 ?

that's my problem and I ask for help :(

Language can be changed to Arabic but it will only change OS interface language to arabic but not Keypad.

Go to -> Settings -> Language & Keyboard - > Select Language ->"Select required Language"

You will need to

1. Install Arabic fonts from Google Play store (f.k.a Android market)

2. Install Arabic keyboard from Google Play store

That should do the trick.

My dell streak runs on Android 2.2.2

I have found the "Language & Keyboard" tab from "settings"; but the only available languages from "Select Language" are English and Spanish!!!

I also found  this link;

It says that we will get an 3.2 upgrade directly from Dell; but my device never got the upgrade!!!
