Latitude 10 Winstron DPR driver pack

We are reinstall Windows 8 Enterprise on
Lattitude 10. I had downloaded the all Dell drivers for the Latitude 10 and
installed them successfully.

Except one: Wistron DPR.

This package installs the software
(Dynamic Power Reduction) to reduce the maximum Output Power Transmitted on 2G
and 3G devices.

It was in original system. HKLM:Run entry:  {E13C0407-3243-448C-BF1D-DC7C7E02C358} Wistron
Corp." C:\Program Files\DPR\DPR.exe"

But I cannot find this driver on driver
page.

Both Wistron drivers packs here http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/GetDriver/OtherFileFormats/Product/latitude-10-tablet?driverId=N4D6W&FileId=3094631397&isUSDownload=false
are missed it.

Where can I get it?
