Latitude 10 capacitive touch screen

Just curious if anyone knows....we have gotten a number of Dell Latitude 10 tablets in to our business. I have one user so far that needs the capacitive touch screen to be more sensitive.

Anyone know if there is a location (so far I have been unable to find one, but do not have one that I can spend a lot of time searching) where the sensitivity of the touch screen can be modified to the user's needs/desires?
